Truck Driver Hauling Wine Arrested For Drunk Driving in NY

Sometimes the headlines write themselves, and sometimes they're just a bit ironic.

Kirkwood, NY -  Police arrested a tractor-trailer driver hauling 80,000 pounds of wine for drunk driving.

Jae Ehrgood, of Pennsylvania had a blood alcohol level that was more than three times the legal limit. Police notice the truck driver swerving, and they stopped him.

The man's blood alcohol content was .25. The legal limit is .08. He was arrested for aggravated drunk driving.
