For the second time this week, parts of the Hudson Valley are under the gun with a chance of severe weather and tornadoes. The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch until 11pm this evening for Dutchess, Columbia, Greene, and Ulster Counties, as well as areas in the Capitol Region. The village of Scotia was hit by an EF-0 tornado on Tuesday, causing damage.  Parts of Ontario County, NY were hit by a tornado on Wednesday, according to the NWS. Please watch for changing weather conditions.
