This Week’s Rock News: Scott Weiland Dead at 48

Did you miss this week's rock news on The Boris and Robyn Show?  Surely you heard the sad news about Former Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver singer Scott Weiland.  He had a long history of substance abuse and other problems.  I hope he is finally at peace.

There is also good news to report this week.  If you like Janis Joplin, we have news about a documentary the is in theaters now, but will be on PBS this coming winter.  It is always nice to have something to look forward to in the winter.  Sammy Hagar fans will be excited about a new live set he will be releasing in a couple of weeks.  Lots of originals and some very cool covers, too.
