I'm not sure if you got the chance to listen to this week's rock news on The Boris and Robyn show, but if you did not, here's the recap. And I'm sorry to say it's not all good news this week.

This week we saw the passing of Steely Dan co-founder Walter Becker at the age of 67. Becker has local ties, as both he and Steely Dan member Donald Fagen are graduates of the Hudson Valley's Bard College. In fact, they met at Bard. The biopic about Artimus Pyle and the Lynyrd Skynyrd plane crash in 1977 has stopped production. We have the details in this week's rock news. Just click on the link below.

There is some good news to report this week. Yes is celebrating 50 years together, and they're planning a tour to celebrate. Also, Queen will be reissuing one of their most popular albums with all sorts of alternative versions of the tunes.

We do rock news for you every weekday morning at 6:45 on The Boris and Robyn Show. If you miss it, check back here for the recap. Have a great weekend and thanks for listening!
