For a limited time Mill House Brewing is offering a beer that is made with an ingredient that can only be harvested three days out of the year.

Pine Tar is the name of Mill House Brewing's Imperial IPA. Brewmasters Larry and Jamie explain that an Imperial IPA is an IPA with a bit more of everything, including flavor and alcohol content.

Jamie explains that Pine Tar is made using Colorado blue spruce pine tips that are picked from his very own backyard. The pine tips are only available for harvesting for about three days a year and they taste surprisingly like mango. Larry says that the special ingredient gives the beer some tropical flavors.

Mill House Brewing company is currently serving Pine Tar, but hurry... because when it's gone you'll have to wait another whole year for some more.
