This ‘Trout Beer’ Has No Fish, All Flavor

Don't let the name of Trout Town American Amber fool you. There's no fish in the recipe, just the right combination of malt and hops to create a beer that should please just about anyone.

Josh from Roscoe Beer Company stopped by The Boris & Robyn Show with some samples of their flagship amber beer. What we found was a very refreshing ale with subtle notes of toasted malt and a clean citrus finish from the hops that was more refreshing than bitter.

This is a great beer to enjoy with friends because it appeals to the craft beer fan as well as the casual beer drinker. And that's why we've chosen it as our Beer of the Week!
