Goshen Man Catches 60-Pound Bass in Hudson River

Eric Lester of Goshen caught a 60-pound striped bass in the Hudson last week near the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge, according to the New York Daily News. You know there are things swimming in there that are bigger than this!

Lester had to pull the fish into his boat all by himself!  I am sure the fish was not very cooperative.  This is a new record for biggest fish caught in the Hudson.  I wonder if he ate it or gave it a name?

Whenever I here a fish story, this song pops back into my mind.  Listen and it will be stuck in your head too.
