How's this for bad service?

A manager at a fast food chain restaurant is out of a job after profanity laced video of him was uploaded online where he can be heard yelling and cursing at a couple in the drive thru. It is unclear how the altercation started, but you can even see the manager flipping the customers off before walking to the window.

His arrogance and utter lack of respect is one of the reasons this video has spread all over the internet so fast and caused so much outrage. That, and the fact that he thought he was immune because his father owns that restaurant.

The video was originally posted to Vimeo by a woman who was on the passenger side on Wednesday. The couple from Arizona had returned to the Del Taco drive-thru to pick up some hot sauce packets they didn't receive.

I am the boss. My dad's actually the f***ing owner, so good luck with that.

Dude, I've done this a billion times. You guys give me s**t all the f***ing time. I'm not talking about you specifically. I'm talking about you as a customer.

The interaction continues. The manager asks:

So how long you guys wanna do this? Like five minutes? An hour? I can do this all f***king day. But like, in reality, it's the same f***ing outcome. Why? Because you got your sauces and you guys are still being bitches, and I'm f***ing ticked off 'cause I still got orders.

The couple eventually drives off.

Now, the manager has been fired after the video exploding on the internet over the weekend.

Del Taco released the following statement on Friday:

We strive to provide a positive guest experience at all of our restaurants and were appalled by this behavior as it is not representative of our high guest service standards. We took this incident very seriously and addressed it with the location’s franchisee, who took definitive action by terminating the employee immediately.
