This Is NOT How To Handle A Customer Dispute (Though We’ve All Probably Wanted To Do This) [VIDEO]

While working in the food industry or any sort of customer service can be frustrating, this is NOT the best way to go about things. This footage was recorded at a Domino's Pizza in Saginaw, Michigan of a mother confronting a store manager after a wrong order. The woman said her family received the wrong pizza sauce with their order, and that when her son called the store, the manager seen here rudely hung up on him. She then called herself, but was also hung up on by the man. So the mother decided she'd go right to the Domino's and confront the manager right to his face. With her daughter recording the whole confrontation, the mom asks the man behind the counter for his supervisor's name....that's when she got this instead....

“My supervisors name is ‘go f--- yourself,’ get the f--- outta here!”

The employee's name has been indentified as Chris Bernier, and according to reports he has since been terminated by the company. “We apologize for how poorly this reflects on our local stores and we assure you corrective action will be taken as the franchise owner determines" they wrote.
