The Pope Visits the Hudson Valley This Week?

The Pope is visiting New York City this week, but once again snubbing everyone up here in the Hudson Valley. On Wednesday, however, some locals got a glimpse of the next best thing.

The Boris & Robyn show sent out producer, Meat Sandwich, on Wednesday morning with a FedEx box on his head. While it's not exactly like the Pope's famous mitre, it's as good as we're going to get here in the Hudson Valley.

Of course, we didn't want to send out our Pope doppelganger empty handed, so Meat Sandwich brought along tickets to see Cheap Trick in concert and gift certificates to Osho Japanese Steak House in Poughkeepsie.

Most people who are lucky enough to meet the real Pope show their respect by kissing his ring. We decided to let Meat Sandwich hand out pumpkin spice Hershey's Kisses instead. If you weren't luck enough to see our own "FedEx Pope" this morning, here's what you missed:
