The Most Interesting Attempted Carpool Scam Ever?

This may be the most creative attempted car pool scam ever. Too bad for the driver it didn't work though.

 A Washington state motorcycle trooper parked along Interstate 5 near Tacoma spotted a driver and an unusual looking "passenger" pass by him in the carpool lane. When the trooper stopped the car, he discovered that at this "passenger" was actually a cardboard cutout of the Dos Equis "The Most Interesting Man in the World".

When the trooper questioned the driver, his response was..."He's my best friend." The Most Interesting Man was not confiscated by authorities and driver was told not to use him again.
