With the heavy rain that drenched parts of the Hudson Valley out of the picture, some beautiful early fall-like weather will start the week.

Temperatures Monday will be in the upper 70s to near 80 in some parts, with low humidity.

As for Monday's lows? How about temperatures dropping to 50 degrees? Open the windows and enjoy the nice sleeping weather.

Tuesday should be more of the same, with partly cloudy skies temps in the lower 80s and lows in the mid to upper 50s.

Wednesday and Thursday will see the mercury creeping upwards again with highs in the mid to upper 80s. The good news is that the humidity shouldn't be too overbearing, so the Hudson Valley shouldn't experience anything like last week.

Friday will be partly cloudy with highs in the upper 80s.

Forecasters aren't seeing any significant chance for precipitation this week, so now is the time get outdoors and enjoy the nice weather!
