The 2017 Art Walk Kingston Is This Weekend

If you are a fan of art and artists, especially on a local level, then the 2017 Art Walk Kingston is something you are definitely going to want to check out. It is this weekend, both Saturday Sept. 23 and Sunday Sept. 24.

Art Walk Kingston is a celebration of the arts and the local community. Over the course of the two days, visitors and local residents can explore three distinct areas of the city of Kingston and enjoy all kinds of art and events. Paintings, photographs and sculptures are just some of the art mediums that will be on display at home studios and galleries. The tour meanders through the City of Kingston including studios and art galleries in the Rondout, mid-town, and uptown. Each of the three Kingston neighborhoods are walkable, and you can take the trolley to and from each neighborhood.

The 2017 Art Walk Kingston runs from noon Saturday through 5 pm Sunday, and admission is free. For more information, check out their facebook page.
