A fifth grade teacher in Michigan was suspended for making a video of an autistic child stuck in a chair. According to WJRT-TV the video was then shown to the entire class with the child present.  Parents and faculty have rushed to the defense of the teacher at recent school board meetings saying that it is all a huge misunderstanding.

Watch the video for yourself and let us know what you think.  Would you video a kid stuck in a chair if everyone else was in on the fun?  Does the fact that the child has Aspergers make it any different? Should it?  We discuss it on the next Boris & Robyn Show.
