Taste New York Opens a Market on the Taconic
The Mid-Hudson valley has so much to offer in the way of fresh, great tasting food. Now you can stop on the Taconic State Parkway and pick some up!
The state’s first Taste New York market opened for business yesterday on the Taconic. The shop took over the long abandoned Todd Hill rest area, south of Route 55 in Lagrangeville.
Governor Cuomo, along with many local officials attended the grand opening. The Poughkeepsie Journal reports that the store showcases products from 15 local farms. Stop by and pick something up the next time you’re on the Taconic!
