TAP NY Winners From This Weekend

Everyone that attended TAP NY at Hunter Mountain this weekend wound up winning, but what breweries walked away with the top prizes?

The Governors' Brewers' Cup for the best craft beer in New York went to Smack Dap IPL from Barrier Brewing Co.

The F.X. Matt Memorial Cup for Best Craft Beer Brewery in New York State was awarded to Horseheads Brewing Co.

The best Individual Craft Beers in New York State awards were also handed out. The silver medal went to Hammondsporter from Finger Lakes Beer Company. While the Bronze went to a the Barleywine from Crossroad Brewing Company in Athens.

The Matthew Vassar Brewers' Cup for Best Craft Beer Brewery in the Hudson Valley was awarded to The Chatham Brewing Company in Chatham, NY. 

Awards for the best individual craft beers in the Hudson Valley were also handed out to the following breweries:

• Gold Medal: Smoked Porter - Gilded Otter - New Paltz
• Silver Medal: Kick Ass Brown - C. H. Evans Brewing. - Albany
• Bronze Medal: Dopplebock - Chatham Brewing Co. - Chatham

Finally, the John Calen Memorial Award was given out to the Coffee + Cream Stout  from Andean Brewing Company in Blauvelt.
