Living Colour

There weren't many bands that looked and sounded like Living Colour when they released their debut album in 1988.

The Beatles' classic Revolver LP is getting the all-star tribute treatment in honor of its 50th birthday, courtesy of Howard Stern.

Living Colour will play The Chance in Poughkeepsie this Friday, June 3. Show was rescheduled from an earlier date back in April.

The Living Colour show at The Loft (upstairs at The Chance) in Poughkeepsie originally scheduled for this Friday, April 15 has been moved to June 3.

Happy Birthday to guitarist Vernon Reid of Living Colour. He's 56 today (August 22nd). Reid was named #66 om Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 Greatest Guitarist's of All Time. Also celebrating today is former Ratt bassist Juan Croucier(55) and we remember Layne Staley of Alice In Chains who would have been 47 years old today...

Living Colour still don't have a title or release date for the follow-up to their 2009 'The Chair in the Doorway' LP -- but guitarist Vernon Reid definitely has an idea of what fans can expect to hear when the new record arrives.
