Former Eagles guitarist Don Felder recalls a moment when he realized the universal appeal of “Hotel California.”

This new tour, dubbed “United We Rock,” will cross the U.S. between June and August.

Today (Sept. 21) we remember Motorhead drummer Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor who would have been 62. Birthday wishes also going out to ex Korn drummer David Silveria (44) and former Eagle guitarist Don Felder (69).

Don Felder appeared with Styx and Foreigner as part of the Soundtrack of Summer tour a couple of years ago.

We spoke with the former guitarist for The Eagles about his famous rift with Don Henley and how Glenn Frey's death has affected their relationship.
