Suspect Named in Murder of Port Jervis Store Owner

Story developing. 

A suspect has been named in the murder of 77 year old Josef Kucher in Port Jervis. According to the Times Herald Record, police have charged 29 year old Dennis McBee of Port jervis with 2nd Degree murder. Police say McBee allegedly robbed Kucher's store,  Kucher’s Shoe Repair & Orthopedic on the morning of Nov. 7th. McBee is currently in custody in Luzerne County, Pa, being held on unrelated charges.
