A woman in Bloominburg was injured Thursday after her son allegedly crashed his truck into her house.

According to Time Warner Cable News, New York State Police believe it was deliberate. The woman suffered some fractures and was taken by helicopter to Westchester Medical Center in Vahalla treatment, she is in stable condition.  Meanwhile, her son, who is older than 40, is in State Police custody in Wurtsboro.

Update:  TWC News reports Vincent Ryan Ryan saying his 70-year-old mother helped someone steal money from him, and that's why he slammed his SUV into her house, seriously injuring her. Ryan said coming out of State Police barracks that "he didn't care" what his mother's condition was at Westchester Medical Center.
