Snow continues to pummel the Hudson Valley this morning, with snow quickly accumulating during the morning rush hours, canceling schools and snowing in drivers. But just how bad is it going to get?

As of now The Weather Channel is calling for snow to last until at least 10am in most of our area, with some spots turning to a wintry mix after 10am. Some areas will continue to see snow at the rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour.

Our region is still expected to see 8 to 16 inches of snow, depending on how far north you live.

Most schools have already begun closing. We have the full list here, with up to the minute updates and traffic info live on The Boris & Robyn Show all morning.
