Bundle up!

Looks like the dreaded Winter Vortex that plagued most of North America two winters ago is about to make its return.

If you remember the winter of 2014-15, then you know it was downright cold.

Meteorologists are saying we could very well see a return to the snow and frigid temperatures next week across the Hudson Valley and the rest of the Northeast.

Forecasters are saying the snow could start by Sunday and last into Monday morning across the area. This could make your commute a bit hazardous by Monday morning as you're heading to work.

Once the storm is out of here, temperatures will plunge into the teens by Tuesday night into Wednesday.

Of course, it is December in New York state so this is to be expected. Last winter was pretty much a walk in the park with the exception of one cold snap around Valentine's Day.
