Smitty vs. The Vending Machine [WATCH]

Have you ever purchased a treat from a vending machine, and as it falls it gets stuck?! It happens quite often here at the radio station, and Smitty has had it! 

We have two vending machines in our kitchen area, one with snacks and one with soda and other drinks. I have battled these two machines for years and honestly I can't take it anymore!

When you purchase something, you have that moment where you're like "yes, can't wait to dig in!" Then the vending machine Gods decide to take away that moment of joy and replace it with pure rage. I mean look at the picture above, how does even happen?

You then get caught in a battle of tipping, shaking, pushing, punching and kicking trying to free your treat from the prison known as "The Vending Machine". These cookies, however are stuck in there good. Multiple people here have tried to liberate these delicious cookies, and have failed.

What are we to do?
