The  Slaterpalooza 17 all day concert to benefit the Slater Chemical Volunteer Fire Department is coming up this Saturday, Sept. 23 at 76 Old Glenham Road. 100% of the proceeds go to the Slater Chemical Fire Company and local first responders in need. It's a great way to support local music, the fire department, and those who've dedicated their lives to helping others.

There will be great music throughout the day. Rock and classic rock, and a whole lot more. Check out some of the musical performers. Tony Merando from The Crossroads Band, Whiskey Wailers, The Thrown Together Band, Times Square, Last Minute Soulmates, and others.

Of course there will also be food and drinks available, plus raffles and a 50/50. Coolers are permitted, but only with a designated driver. Doors open at 1, music is from 2:30 - 9:30 pm.  Bring your lawn chairs, and don't forget the kids. For more information, visit their facebook page.
