This morning Boris and Robyn got the phones ringing when they started talking about the use of and sometimes abuse of food stamps. There is a lot of talk about not only those people who abuse the use of the benefits and give a bad name to those who really need them, but also the kind of food people should be allowed to use the food stamps for. As reported in this article, 27.2 percent of the adult U.S. population now being regarded as obese and over 31 percent of those who make $30,000 or less are regarded as obese, the number is rising quickly. Do you think there should be any limitations on what can be bought with these benefits? Should it be limited to healthier options?
