Health Fair at Shop-Rite: Shopping Carts and Healthy Hearts

February is Heart Month, and Shop-Rite in Vails Gate have teamed up with the St. Luke's Cornwall Cardiovascular Institute to bring you a health fair today, Feb. 27, at Shop-Rite 384 Windsor Highway in New Windsor from 2 pm - 5 pm. You can go grocery shopping and get healthy tips all in one afternoon in one place. How convenient!

There will be free blood pressure screenings, you'll be able to talk with a cardiologist from the St. Luke's Cornwall Cardiovascular Institute, you will get information on heart disease and diabetes, learn about cardiac rehabilitation, and you will also get heart-healthy recipes and try free samples. And since you'll be right there at Shop Rite, you'll be able to buy all the ingredients for those healthy recipes.
