Several Hudson Valley Locations Receive Recognition

Summer may be drawing to an end soon, but there's till time to get away for the weekend. Best part is, you don't even have to go out of state. A recent article from Thrillist entitled The 10 Best Weekend Getaways from NYC gives a nod to several Hudson Valley locations.

The article is obviously aimed for those in the city, but it's still nice to see some local spots mentioned...like the Mohonk Mountain House, several places to eat in Hudson - including Fish & Game, Red Dot, and The Barlow...as well as Harriman State Park for those looking for something to do outdoors.

Of course, articles like there are always based on opinion...as you may agree or disagree with some of the selected spots. Maybe a few of your favorites were left off?
