Second Prison Escapee David Sweat Reportedly Shot and in Custody
CNN is reporting this afternoon that David Sweat was shot only 2 miles south of the Canadian border. There are no reports as to the extent of his injuries, but he has been taken to a local hospital.
Additionally, CNN is also reporting that no police officers have been injured.
