Saturday, Feb. 28: Happy Birthday to Randy Jackson of Zebra

Happy Birthday today (Feb. 28) to Randy Jackson of Zebra. The frontman and guitarist for the band is 60. Zebra was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1975 and were big on the Long Island club circuit throughout the 80's, often playing shows around the Hudson Valley as well including The Chance in Poughkeepsie.

In addition to Zebra, Randy also performs with tribute bands 'The Music of Led Zeppelin', 'The Music of Pink Floyd', and 'The Music of The Doors' backed by an orchestra. He also performs acoustic shows regularly. For more on Randy and Zebra click here.
