Saturday December 6th: Remembering Randy Rhoads On His Birthday

Today would have been Randy Rhoads 58th birthday. The guitar great played in the early days of Quiet Riot, and would eventually move on to make great records with Ozzy Osbourne. He died in a plane accident while on tour with Osbourne in Florida in 1982. Despite his short career, Rhoads legacy lives on in his music. He has been cited as an influence by many guitarists, and is considered among one of the greatest guitarists of all time. Happy Birthday Randy!
