With even more snow and ice on the way, lets take a second to review some winter safety tips...jogging on a sheet of ice might be a bad idea. Two Californians, now living in Portland, OR, took a second to chat with the news team from KOIN-TV, during live coverage of the recent snow and ice storm that hit the west coast. It's also not a great idea to get too smug about the "perfect texture" of the snow and how it's great for running.
