On Tuesday night, a "shameful" Hudson Valley hotel owner sought help from, and then eventually kicked out, the host of Travel Channel's "Hotel Impossible."

Asbestos tiles, deadly mold, warped foundations, animal infestations, exposed electrical panels, detached toilets, leaky ceilings and a crumbling septic tank; just a sample of the problems found at The Woodstock Lodge in Woodstock, NY by Anthony Melchiorri, a 20-year veteran of the hotel industry.

Each week, Melchiorri visits troubled hotels and helps the owners turn them around by improving business practices and remodeling rooms. His visit to The Hudson Valley, however, was a challenge even too great for him. Owners of The Woodstock Lodge let their property fall into such disrepair that a complete tear down was suggested. In addition, poor management of the lodge made Anthony conclude that the only way to save the business was to sell it to someone else who could run it properly.

Owners of The Woodstock Lodge, Carlo & Annie Pombo, eventually kicked the show off of their property after disagreeing with their suggestions. They did let the show continue renovation of their restaurant, but refused to appear on camera during the reveal. Shockingly, the hotel is still open and accepting reservations. We can only hope that they addressed some of the dangerous things uncovered by the show.

Here's just a sample of what Hotel Impossible found at The Woodstock Lodge:
