A Rosendale man poured flammable liquid in a home with the intent of setting it on fire during a domestic dispute, the Ulster County Sheriff's Office said in a press release.

John J. Arceri, 22, was charged with felony attempted arson and misdemeanor criminal mischief Wednesday afternoon. Detectives from the Ulster County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call at a Rosendale residence at 4:32PM.
