It's the announcement we've all been anxiously waiting for: Where has Legoland finally decided to build their massive theme park and resort?

Although there has been no official announcement from Orange County or Lego executives, the Times Herald Record is reporting that multiple sources are saying that the theme park will be located in Goshen.

The proposed site in Goshen includes land on Harriman Drive, just off of Route 17 at exit 125. It's been estimated that the park could bring in over 2 million visitors a year to Orange County and generate over 1,000 new jobs.

There has been no confirmation of the announcement by Lego officials or County Executive Steven Neuhaus, who has been mum on negotiations to purchase land so as not to hamper the deal. The County Executive has been extremely confident about landing the project since March. We spoke with him on St. Patrick's day and he said that there was over a 90% chance it would be happening soon.

Legoland is planning on welcoming their first guest to the theme park in 2019, so expect an official announcement and groundbreaking very soon.
