Is this thing really going to set sail?

A Christian group known as Ark of Noah is planning to sail a replica of Noah's Ark from the Netherlands to Brazil.

Yahoo News reports that the replica is five stories tall and can hold more than 5,000 people at once. The ark is reportedly ninety five feet wide, four hundred ten feet long and seventy five feet tall.

The giant ship's design literally comes from the dream of Dutch carpenter Johan Huibers. Huibers claims he began building the Ark of Noah after dreaming about intense floods in his hometown.

Huibers took careful consideration with his project. He even used the measurements given in Genesis 6:15 to make the ark "as precise as possible."

The Ark was actually finished in 2012, and has since served as an educational exhibit for tourists.

Herald A.M.A. Janssen, the director of the Ark of Noah Foundation told ABC News that they plan to sail the ark to multiple port cities in Brazil. From there, they intend to visit Argentina, Uruguay and Colombia before coming to the United States.
