Sunday started out rainy, warm and humid and according to reports, the summer like weather will stick around for a few days. There's also a hurricane on the way.

Nate moved ashore for the second time Sunday morning as a Category 1 hurricane. the storm is expected to continue weakening as it's remnants will move up through the south and into the Northeast by early week.

Forecasters say the Hudson Valley will see rain and wind Monday as what's left of Nate moves north. We might see about an inch of rain, though obviously nothing like what they're seeing in the south. Tuesday will be warm by more seasonable, with highs in the upper 70s and lows in the 50s.

Temperatures are expected to cool off mid-week as highs will stay in the 60s with lows in the 40s. The chance of rain returns late Thursday into Friday as temps will warm back up into the mid 70s.
