Expect road closures in the City of Poughkeepsie on Thursday morning as filming takes place for a reality show.

City officials are warning that roads surrounding City Hall will be closed  down from approximately 7am to 10am so crews can film the starting line of the Fireball Run reality series.

On Thursday, Sept. 29 there will be no parking or driving near Civic Center Plaza from Mill Street North to Mansion Street. There will be additional closures on Mansion Street from Columbus Drive/Wasthington Street East to Balding Avenue.

City employees will have access to the parking garage from the arterial, but all vehicles leaving the City Hall parking garage will only be allowed to turn right onto Columbus.

The Fireball Run follows 40 rally teams as they compete in a two-thousand mile trivia game. Team #4, named "Distinctly Dutchess," features local residents Rob Doyle and Rich Brownell driving a 2016 Ford Explorer.
