Putting America to Work: Applications Being Accepted to Ride the Wienermobile

If you're looking for a job change, or maybe you've always wanted to travel the country inside a giant mobile hotdog, the folks at Oscar Mayer are looking for a few good "Hotdoggers".

Thrillist is reporting that the meat company is searching for applicants to travel the United States inside their iconic 27-foot long Wienermobiles, and serve in a public relations capacity. Basically, this means interviews, appearing on radio and television, and serving at charity functions. You'll also be on the road in your mobile wiener almost constantly, so don't get home sick.

You just have to pretend you like their semi-digestible meat products, or whatever they're supposed to really be, because you'll probably be eating a lot of them.

Oscar Mayer is reportedly accepting applicants until January 31. Applicants should have a BA or BS is some sort of public relations, advertising, or communications field. Click HERE to apply.

Persons hired will have expenses paid and benefits. The job will last for the next year, and you'll probably have to endure your fair share of wiener jokes, so a sense of humor helps.
