Jonathan and Drew Scott are returning to the Hudson Valley to being filming another 16 episodes of "Property Brothers."

Last summer the Scotts took the Hudson Valley by storm, enlisting local home buyers to be a part of their wildly successful HGTV series. According to the Journal News, this is the very first time that "Property Brothers" has returned to the same location to film another season.

When we spoke to Jonathan and Drew they told us the reason they love filming here is because of the wide variety of homes they can shoot for the series. The home improvement gurus explained that the Hudson Valley area has so many different styles and ages of homes that they can showcase very different projects while keeping production in the same area.

Those who are looking to catch a glimpse of the brothers at work may want to keep an eye on the lower Hudson Valley over the next few weeks. The new season will begin filming on April 18 and focus on 16 houses in the Westchester area.
