Possible Lead In Case of Missing Hudson Valley Woman
Westchester resident Lauren Spierer went missing June 3, 2011, after a night out near Indiana University, where she was attending school at the time. The investigation into the 20 year-old's disappearance had gone cold. Now, after nearly four years, Lohud.com reports that there's a possible break in the case.
The body of Hannah Wilson, another Indiana University student, was discovered over the weekend. The suspect in the murder is a 49 year-old Bloomington man named Daniel Messel. Messel stands accused of allegedly killing her and dumping her body in a rural area northeast of the city. Bloomington Police said they are investigating any possible connection between Messel's death and the Spierer case. Could the two death's be related?
