A Columbia County employee is facing multiple felony charges after allegedly falsifying business records. 

New York State Troopers were called to Love's Gas Station on Route 22 in Canaan for a report of larceny on November 3, 2017.

An investigation found that Amy L. Hill, age 38, of Berlin, NY had on multiple occasions fraudulently payed out winning lottery scratch off tickets to herself totaling approximately $1,190.

Hill was charged with twelve counts of Falsifying Business Records in the first-degree, and Grand Larceny in the fourth-degree, all Class E Felonies.

She arraigned in the Town of Canaan Justice Court and remanded to cloumbia County Jail in lieu of $300 cash bail or $600 bond.
