Police: Woman Driving Without Headlights On Arrested For DWI

The Ulster County woman was stopped just after midnight on Saturday when officers observed her driving without her headlights on. 

On Saturday, at approximately 12:22 a.m. Saugerties Police conducted a traffic stop on Route 212, on a vehicle that was operating without headlights.

Incidental to their investigation, police established that the operator of the vehicle, Charlene P. Mosley, 58, of Saugerties was operating her vehicle in an intoxicated condition.

Mosley was arrested for DWI and Inadequate Headlamps. Mosley was arraigned in the Woodstock Justice Court and released on her own recognizance.

Mosley is scheduled to return in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court next month.
