Police: Two Dutchess County Men Charged With Sexual Abuse

Two men are facing felony sexual abuse charges following an investigation. 

On Saturday July, 15th, 2017 the Town of Poughkeepsie Police responded to a call for a Sex Offense in the Town of Poughkeepsie.

The investigation led to two suspects identified as Jorge Victoria-Sanchez, 38 and Andres Hernandez, 34, both of the Town of Poughkeepsie.

Following further investigation, both men were arrested on Monday July, 24th, 2017. Both men were charged with Sexual Abuse first-degree, a Class D Felony.

Both suspects were arraigned and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, or $50,000 bond.

They are scheduled to be back in court this week.
