Two inmates at the Ulster Correctional Facility have been caught promoting prison contraband. 

Gary Frazier, 25,  from Queens, New York and Michael T. Latham, age 32, from Brooklyn, New York both inmates at the Ulster Correctional Facility have been arrested and charged with promoting prison contraband, a felony.

An investigation revealed during a search that Latham was in possession of two exacto blades and Frazier was in possession one exacto blade. Upon discovery of the contraband, the correctional facility contacted the Ellenville State Police. Both inmates were arrested and processed.

According to a press release, Gary Frazier and Michael T. Lathom are due to appear in Wawarsing Court in early November before Town Justice Wayne Lonstein.
