In hopes of returning a missing Hudson Valley teenage girl to her family by her birthday, police are once again asking for the public’s assistance as they continue their search.

Jennifer Harshman, 16, of Port Jervis, was reported missing in September. Port Jervis Police say all relevant leads have been exhausted.

Police say Jennifer is a chronic runaway. She has been previously located in unknown areas of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Officials believe she may be in need of medical attention. She’s described as a 5’6” 120 pound white female with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information is urged to call the Port Jervis Police Department Detective Division at 845-858-4003 or the main line at 845-856-5101.

Jennifer will turn 17 on Thursday.
