A Columbia County man is facing felony charges following the execution of a search warrant. 

On January 3, 2018 Troopers received a complaint of unlawful surveillance in the Town of New Lebanon.

Investigation conducted by troopers and investigators allowed for the application of a search warrant which was granted by the court.

The search warrant was executed on January 5, 2018, during which State Police found illegal weapons, and approximately 33.5 grams of marijuana.

Justin Lottey, of New Lebanon was arrested and charged with Unlawful Surveillance second-degree, felony, four counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, and Criminal Possession of Marijuana.

Lottey was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. An Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
