Following a DWI enforcement in Ulster County, a Dutchess County man was arrested for possession of heroin, cocaine and more.

On Friday, State Police from Ellenville assigned to a DWI enforcement, stopped a car on Route 32 in the Town of Ulster.

While interviewing the driver, authorities allegedly smelled marijuana coming from inside the vehicle.

Further investigation, through interviews with the occupants of the vehicle, determined that the front seat passenger, 33-year-old Germaine H. Lowe of Poughkeepsie was his possession of around three grams of cocaine, three grams of heroin, five grams of marijuana and $10,320 in United States Currency, police say.

Lowe was charged with fifth and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Diaz was arraigned in Town of Ulster Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on no Bail. He is due back in the Town of Ulster Court on March 14.
