Police: PA Man Threw Lit Fire Crackers Into Crowd

Penn Live is reporting that 68-year-old David Sutton Fishel was arrested at the Harrisburg, PA fireworks display after officers say he threw lit fire crackers into crowds of people.

A news release from West Shore Regional police says that Fishel was arrested Sunday and charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person in connection with the alleged incident.

Police say that Fishel was taken to Cumberland County Prison. Online court records filed against Fishel were not immediately available.
