Police: Off Duty Cop Bites Man’s Testicles

An off-duty police officer from Maryland, was arrested for biting a man's testicles on Cinco de Mayo.

Cpl. Michael Flaig, 31, has been place on administrative duty, following his arrest on charges of second-degree assault and public intoxication.

The victim and two friends were talking in a alley outside a pub, when the off duty officer starting harassing them. He was rubbing up against one of the victim's friends. After being asked to stop, an argument broke out.

The victim decided to go home, and as he was walking away, he heard someone coming up from behind him. He turned and saw the officers fist coming toward him. He dodged the hit, and threw the officer to the ground, as reported by The Washington Post.

He ended up on top of the officer, and at this point an unidentified man began hitting him. This is when the off duty officer bite the victim's testicles. The victim let the officer up after his meal, and the cop moved on to another bar, where he was found by police.

He showed signs of intoxication, had scrapes on his elbows, and blood on his shirt. He did not resist when officer placed him under arrest.
