Police: NY Woman Exposed Herself, Spit on Cops

Some Wendy's customers got a little more than they asked for, with their meal. WHAM reports that 40 year-old Gina Avino of Batavia was arrested and sent to jail after she allegedly exposed her breasts and fought with officers during her arrest.

Batavia Police responded on July 19 to report that a woman was exposing her breasts and making sexually explicit gestures toward witnesses near a Wendy’s restaurant. Avino was found at her home and fought with officers when she was placed under arrest, police said. While behind the city police building, Avino again allegedly exposed herself and spat on an officer.

Avino has been charged with two counts of public lewdness and one count each of second-degree harassment and resisting arrest. Additional charges of resisting arrest are pending. She was committed to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $3,000 bail and is scheduled to appear August 12 in City Court
